As soon as you arrive, our friendly front desk staff will welcome you, ensuring you feel at ease and comfortable while you wait, perhaps with a mix of excitement and nerves. They are there to assist you and make your experience as pleasant as possible before your scan starts.

As your scan appointment approaches, you'll be escorted to a cozy and spacious room, specifically designed for comfort. The room features ample seating, including comfortable couches, to accommodate your family and friends who join in this special moment. We understand the significance of siblings in this journey, so little ones are always welcome to accompany you to your appointment. Your family will have the opportunity to view the ultrasound on a large screen, allowing everyone to share in the joy and excitement of this experience together.

When the scanning process begins, we'll initially display your baby in 2D, regardless of whether you've come for a 4D/HD ultrasound. This is because gender determination is always conducted in 2D. Additionally, to capture a 4D or HD image, we start with a 2D foundation. Depending on your baby's position, we'll either focus on determining the gender first or listen to the heartbeat.

Upon successfully determining your baby's gender during the ultrasound, we'll announce it and show it on the screen for you to see, unless you're planning a gender reveal party. If you're organizing a reveal party, we'll turn off the screen while determining the gender. Then, we'll securely place images revealing the gender in an envelope, enabling your loved ones to arrange your special reveal event. After this, the screen will be turned back on, allowing you to enjoy watching your baby's movements and kicks. We'll spend some time capturing images for you to take home. Once this memorable experience is concluded, you're all set to go shopping for your little one!
